How do you determine the cost of your services?To offer the best price possible, we usually require a house visit or video call. For smaller jobs, a list or photographs may suffice. Several factors are considered during a move, and we prefer to assess the situation firsthand to plan and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. Our goal is to provide a tailored service that meets your needs and expectations.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash upon completion, credit card payments via card machine in person only (not over the telephone), or bank transfer. A deposit is required and will be deducted from the total amount owed. For corporate clients or agencies, we also offer bank transfer options. Payment is made after the job is done.

With years of experience, we’ve perfected the best methods to protect furniture during transit. We use high-quality covers and blankets to ensure your belongings arrive safely. Additionally, we have insurance in place to provide peace of mind throughout the move.
